Creating captiving content at ‘Empower with Emma’ retreat
Emma Kehoe is a Mindfulness Teacher in Positive Psychology and Meditation based in Dublin and since 2020 she has been working on her new brand business venture called, ‘Empower with Emma‘. Emma’s objective with her business is to help other people ‘step into their higher selves’ with the right tools and guidance. In 2023, Emma undertook her first ever in-person overnight retreat at the infamous Powerscourt Springs in Wicklow. The retreat encompassed a variety of tools from yoga, to cocoa ceremonies to breathwork and meditation. Emma sought out Sarah to create a variety of content from her shoot that would ressonate with her followers, inspiring them to join future retreats and to work with Emma. Sarah spent the day shooting a mix of both still and video content which could be used across Emma’s social media channels (predominantly Instagram) and her website.
